We are located on the northwest side of lovely, Chicago, IL. (a.k.a. The Windy City) Do you know why Chicago is called the Windy City? Hint: It's not because it's windy here.

Can I print the same design on different colored shirts?
Yes you can! You can have many different colored shirts for one order as long as the colors that are being printed don't change.

I don't have completed artwork... can I still order shirts?
YES! We have a professional staff of highly trained graphic designers (his name is Chris) who can work with you to build your design from the ground up. Any basic art clean-up or simple modifications that take 20 minutes or less are free. For design above and beyond the call of cleaning, we charge $30/hr. We can work with anything from a Photoshop file to a pencil sketch.

What did you guys eat for lunch?
Worms and bird feed. Lots of it. Getting sleepy...

If I want the same graphic, but want to change the colors for half the shirts, does that count as two different jobs?
Yes, it would count as two different jobs. We would have to charge screen set up fees for every color that is being printed.

Can I bring my own shirts for you to print on.
Sure! Why not. As long as the clothing is fairly brand new. Worn stuff and fuzz may not be printable. If you bring 'em, we can print 'em.

Can I order blank clothing for personal use?
You sure can. Anything available for print is also available blank. Buying through us would be much cheaper than anywhere else!

What is an underbase?
If you want to print light colors on dark shirts, we recommend printing an underbase first. This is a layer of white ink printed directly underneath the color in question. Why, you ask? Simple really...it's similar to using a primer when you paint. Without and underbase, the dark colored fabric tends to show through the lighter inks, making the print appear kind of transparent. Printing on top of the underbase makes the ink appear very opaque, so that it really sticks out on the shirt. An underbase counts as another ink per location, so it's a little more expensive. Truth is, it's worth it.

How fast can I have my shirts?
Our normal turnaround is 2 weeks, but we can work with almost any deadline. Keep in mind, some of our apparel distributors may not have exactly what you need RIGHT NOW & may take more time to find it elsewhere. Patience Daniel son, patience.

How do I order from start to finish ?
Step 1: Email us with what you would like to have printed. Include shirt color, shirt sizes, quantity, and what color ink you want printed, We will reply with a price quote. info@earlybirdshirts.com You can also use our ONLINE QUOTE REQUEST FORM
Step 2: Once the price quote is approved by you, we will need your hi-res artwork and full payment. Artwork should be emailed to info@earlybirdshirts.com
Payment can be made via paypal.

Step 3: We will email you a mock-up of your design for review. Once the mock-up is approved we will begin production.
Step 4: Your t-shirts are delivered!
